Leave the main road SS45bis near the bridge in Toscolano and drive up to Montemaderno as far as Sanico, where you park in the centre of the village. From Sanico take the road to Rosei – Bezzuglio in front of the votive shrine. 
A little further on, when you reach the railings of Villa Rosei, take the right and go downhill along a dirt road as far as a ditch. Cross the bridge and climb to Magnico. After crossing another ditch, a little further on you continue along Via Magnico Pezzuglio as far as the fork where the path goes up to Sant’Urbano on the right. Keep to the left and take the Bassa Via del Garda signed with the trail sign no.18. Continue along the path on the left and , when you get near the farmhouse of Pezzuglio, take the steep lane downhill on the left which a little further on turns into a dirt road and then into a path among olive groves. 
When you reach the crossroads to Bezzuglio, leave the Bassa Via del Garda and walk down on the left into the valley of the Bornico stream. Cross the stream and climb on the right as far as Maclino. Go up on the left just before the hamlet , go past the Anffas building and go straight on along Grotten as far as Vigole , where you take the lane on the right which goes through the hamlet and reaches the council road . Cross it and continue to Vigole along Via Rosei. When you get to the gate of the villa turn right and make your way back to Sanico.
